A bar magnet is a very powerful magnet in the shape of a rod, with neodymium magnets embedded inside a stainless steel case. It prevents iron parts contaminating powdery, granulate or liqid  materials. By laying out several bars in a grid to make a filter, it is possible to effectively remove any magnetic materials.When placed by the duct inlet and outlet on a production line, the bar magnet can powerfully remove iron or other magnetic particles. Please send us your inquiry for a suitable shape, such as square or Discs/Rods, based on the shape of the duct and the distance between each bar magnet on your production line.
