Lifting Magnets
Lifting magnets turn the picking-up, lifting and transporting of ferromagnetic parts to an easy process without the need of any other equipment like ropes or chains. Just turn a lever to switch the magnetic force on and off. No cable connections necessary.
Because of the alignment of the permanent magnets and pole face, an optimized power transmission is given, even with rough and uneven surfaces, for flat material as well as for cylindrical material. By optimizing the magnetic flow and the usage of neodymium magnets there is an unusually high adhesive power at a small size of the system.
