Adhesive Wheels

Permanent magnetic adhesive wheels are used for transporting sheets, tubes and profiles of ferromagnetic material under difficult circumstances, incumbent as well as hanging.
Adhesive wheels, series HRA with plain bearing surface, can be deliverd ex stock, because of serial production. They are designed for transportation of parts, with a thickness >= 2,5 mm. Sheets with a smaller thickness are not capable of taking the whole magnetic flow, so less adhesive power is achieved. The maximum working temperature of adhesive wheels, series HRA, is 100°C. At this temperature the adhesive power reversibly drops to 70% of the original value.
