DC-Electro-adhesive Magnets

Universal Electro-adhesive magnets for use with 24V DC. By applying currency to the magnet a magnetic field is inducted, with an adhesive force from 36 up to 30.000 N according to the size.

Installation:
Fastening by reverse tapping, please pay attention to the depth of thread. For level fitting in steel housing a capsule of nonmagnetic material, e.g. brass, should be provided. Alternatively let the adhesice surface poke out of the housing (side depth of capsule according to the depth of the exterior pole)

Switch-On-Time:
These adhesive magnets are designed for 100 % ED.

Operational voltage of the coil:
24V= +5% -10%
Connection through loose wire-ends

Protective Description:
IP 65 according to DIN 40 050

Isolation Material Group: E

Working temperature:
max. +80°C
